Jiangxi Jiangwu Geological Exploration Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Jiangxi Tungsten Industry Holding Group Co., Ltd. and is a comprehensive technical service company specializing in the geological exploration industry. The company was formerly known as Ganzhou Xinyu Mining and Metallurgy Co., LTD., established in February 2005. A geological team was formed in 2009. In January 2025, it was renamed Jiangxi Jiangwu Geological Exploration Co., Ltd. and moved to Nanchang City, Jiangxi Province for office use.

The company has a registered capital of 50 million yuan and holds qualifications for solid mineral exploration, hydrogeological, engineering geological, environmental geological investigation, and geological pit exploration. The current main business operations include solid mineral geological exploration, annual report compilation of mine reserves, verification report compilation of resource reserves, national conditions report compilation, water conservancy, engineering and environmental investigation, digital mines, maintenance services for exploration and mining rights, and geological exploration technical consultation, etc.
