On July 25th, the company specially invited geological experts to hold a special lecture on "Full-Process Management of Mineral Exploration Project Implementation", providing a rich and practical training for all employees and project teams. The lecture covered the entire process of project implementation, from project initiation and argumentation to project conclusion and settlement, systematically sorting out key nodes and risk points, injecting a "strong heart tonic" into improving the quality and efficiency of geological exploration project management.

The lecture, with the core principle of "process as the guideline and details as the key to success", elaborately analyzed the "seven-step closed loop" implementation system of geological exploration projects, including project initiation (bidding), design (budgeting), field construction, report compilation, result submission, and final settlement. Each link must go through strict review and acceptance. The success or failure of geological exploration projects begins with "three clarifications" : the project initiation must have precise goals, the design must have a clear technical route, and the construction must strictly adhere to the three-level quality management, "every borehole and every piece of data must stand up to scrutiny".
The lecture summarized the five core points of geological exploration projects: clear goals, sufficient basis, appropriate deployment, powerful implementation, and outstanding achievements. It particularly emphasized that geological exploration personnel should possess both the working characteristics of "scientific rigor" and "flexible adaptability".
This lecture, through a vivid teaching method combining theory and cases, enabled project managers to systematically master the "methodology" and "toolbox" of project management. Everyone expressed that they would transform the knowledge they had learned into practical geological exploration capabilities, create more high-quality geological exploration projects for the company, and contribute to the high-quality development of the resource exploration industry.
