Guo Gongxiang, male, Han nationality, born in Yudu, Jiangxi Province in January 1989, bachelor degree, joined the Communist Party of China (CPC) in February 2017, is currently deputy general manager of Xiaodongkeng Mining Company of Jiangxi Pangushan Tungsten Industry Co., LTD., and the 20th representative of Yudu County of the Communist Youth League of China.

After graduation, Comrade Guo Gongxiang took root in the mine line and actively participated in the construction of Xiaodong Pit mine. From the risk exploration to the construction of the provincial key project small Dongkeng tungsten mine, he always did not forget the original intention and mission, grasp the solid management, deepen reform, improve efficiency, increase efficiency, and strive to build a "safe, green, efficient and intelligent" mine development pattern. Since July 2012, more than 10 years have been sticking to the poor conditions of the small Dongkeng mining area to expand the territory, open a road in the mountains, bridge in the water, take the lead in the example, completed the small Dongkeng mining area from scratch, from the survey to obtain tungsten mining certificate (is the first successful mining certificate of the mine in the past 10 years), to solve the water source protection area adjustment and other problems. From 2021 to 2022, we handled the review and approval of more than 12 reports involved in the early construction of the construction project, such as environmental protection, energy saving, safety, and use of forest land, creating conditions for the commencement of the construction of the mine project, and ensuring that the provincial key project Xiaodongkeng tungsten mine area 300,000 tons/year mine construction was completed and started within the expected period.

Comrade Guo Gongxiang loves his job, wants to do something, can do something, and can do something. He has several roles, responsible for both technical management, but also responsible for safety production, project management, project settlement, enterprise planning and other work. In order to meet the actual needs of the development of Xiaodong Keng mining industry, he constantly improved his ability to perform his duties, and passed the first grade construction engineer, registered safety engineer, mining engineer, junior blasting engineer and other technical titles. As the representative of Party A of Xiaodong pit exploration construction, he stayed at the mine day and night, earnestly and responsibly focused on construction technology management, schedule control, quality control, material control, safety management, etc., to ensure the quality and progress of the project.

Be strict with yourself and make contributions

In work and life, Comrade Guo Gongxiang strictly demands himself, sets an example, and strictly implements the company's rules and regulations. Everywhere to the overall situation and collective interests first, pay attention to the details of management, start from their own, honesty, kindness to others. Implemented and completed the tungsten exploration in Xiaodong Keng, and wrote the Tungsten Exploration Report of Xiaodong Keng Mining Area in Yudu County, Jiangxi Province, which won the second prize of the 7th China Nonferrous Metals Geological Prospecting Achievement Award and the second Prize of Individual; In July 2021, the project won the third prize of the 2019 to 2020 Science and Technology Award of Jiangwu Holding Group. In charge of Xiaodongkeng tungsten mine continued exploration project, the construction progress, quality, investment control achieved good results, all the project completed on schedule, the quality met the design requirements and passed the expert review and acceptance, saving the investment cost.
