The meeting demanded that first, the leading role of Party building should be strengthened. We will continue to give full play to the leading and safeguarding role of Party building, strengthen the construction of Party conduct and integrity, deepen the improvement of work style, and implement the requirements of comprehensive and strict governance over the Party. Through the advancement of geological exploration projects, the work style of Party members and cadres is refined, and the in-depth integration of Party building with production and operation as well as safe development is promoted. Second, we must strengthen the safety defense line. We will strictly implement the requirements of the three-year action plan for addressing the root causes of work safety, take the comprehensive safety inspection as the starting point, strengthen the closed-loop management of hidden danger investigation and rectification at the operation site, improve the level of safety management, and achieve work safety. Third, we must focus on breakthroughs in mineral exploration. All regions' exploration projects should closely monitor the progress of their work, focus on the effectiveness of mineral exploration and the completion of task goals, and strictly enforce the primary responsibility of each project to form a strong promotion situation where the entire company works as one. Fourth, we must promote cost reduction and efficiency improvement simultaneously. We will intensify our efforts, overcome difficulties, reduce costs and increase efficiency. We will closely focus on the "Double Ten" goals and the requirements of the ten major actions of the Group Company, promote the steady development of all work, and achieve the completion of all annual targets and tasks.
